Returns & cancellations
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return Forura Focus Source under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The packaging must be sealed and unopened - for food supplement products, opened packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.
To cancel before dispatch, call us or email us and we will cancel at no charge. If the order has been dispatched, you may decline to accept the parcel from the courier and the order will be cancelled.
