1. Your right to return

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return the product within 14 calendar days of the date you receive it, without giving a reason.

2. Conditions for return

Because Forura Focus Source is a food supplement (an ingestible product), returns are only accepted where the outer packaging is completely sealed and unopened. This is a lawful hygiene exception permitted under Regulation 28(3)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If the packaging has been opened or the seal broken, the right of return does not apply, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

3. How to arrange a return

  1. Contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt at info@motionbonesur.world or +44 20 7946 0312.
  2. We will confirm your return request and provide a return address.
  3. Send the sealed, unopened item back using a tracked postal service.
  4. Keep proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.

4. Return postage costs

Return postage is at the buyer's expense unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. In those cases, we will cover return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. As payment was made in cash or by card on delivery, refunds will be arranged directly with you - by bank transfer or in the form agreed at the time of your return request.

6. Cancellation before dispatch

You may cancel your order at no cost at any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel, call us on +44 20 7946 0312 or email info@motionbonesur.world. If the order has already been dispatched, you may refuse to accept the parcel from the courier - the order will be cancelled at no charge.

7. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage, at no cost to you.
