Take one capsule per day, in the morning with food and a full glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of one capsule. If you miss a day, simply continue the next day - do not take two capsules to compensate.

Fill in the short order form with your name and phone number. Our customer service team will ring you at a convenient time to confirm your order and answer any questions. We then dispatch the parcel, and you pay the courier - in cash or by card - when it arrives at your door. There is no online payment and no upfront charge.

We typically dispatch within 1-2 working days of order confirmation. Delivery to most UK mainland addresses takes a further 1-3 working days. Remote areas and Scottish islands may take slightly longer. You will receive details when our team calls to confirm your order.

Each pack contains 90 capsules. At one capsule per day, one pack is a 90-day (three-month) supply for a single person.

Yes. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return the product. The packaging must be sealed and completely unopened - for hygiene reasons, opened food supplement packaging cannot be returned unless the item is faulty. To arrange a return, contact us at info@motionbonesur.world. Return postage is at the buyer's cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Yes. If you change your mind before the parcel arrives, please call us so we can cancel before dispatch. If it has already been sent, you may decline to accept it from the courier and the order will be cancelled at no charge to you.

Forura Focus Source is intended for healthy adults aged 18 and over. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription or over-the-counter medicines, or have a diagnosed health condition, please consult your GP or a registered pharmacist before beginning any new supplement.

Yes - Forura Focus Source is gluten-free, lactose-free and uses an HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) capsule shell, which is plant-derived and suitable for vegetarians. It is not certified vegan as it is manufactured in a shared facility.
